Aramex — Delivery Issues

I had purchased product via Tradus.com. They had told me that your shipment had been shipped o 1st October via Aramex courier service, Tracking number : [protected]. While tracking the courier on aramex site following was shown :

On 4th oct it was shown Out of delivery & on 5th Oct 2012, It was written that the delivery Attmepted but customer refused the shipment. While talking to customer care of Aramex on the same date, they had told that It was routed wrongly from their side & shipment will be delivered to me on 6th Oct. On 6th Oct they had told me it will be delivered on 8th Oct. It was updated wrongly in their website as told by their customer care. Why these people were giving wrong on their site regarding the shipment. Today is 8th Oct, When my shipment will be delivered. Till now I had not received any update from their side about the shipment, where my shipment is & when they will deliver the shipment.
