[Resolved] Aramex — Non delivery | |||
Hello Sir, I have placed an order at futurebazaar.com, They have shipped the item through Aramex courier service. The AWB no is : [protected]. When I track It It was showing "Shipment is delivered". But I didn't receive the item. The receipents address is K Pedarao, DNO[protected]Downstairs), Near Old Head Post Office, RamireddyPet, Narasaraopet, Guntur-522601. When I track It online It is showing that the destination is Hyderabad and the shipment is delivered. When I call their customer care[protected] They are saying that the shipment is delivered and the company stamp is there as a proof of delivery. But when I ask for signature as a proof they were saying that there is no signature. I have called them lot of times and there is no proper reply from them.
