I was prescribed your product ( Smuth Cream) and I would like to tell you very politely that this is cream might be an average product but the applicator is a Piece of "". Did you guys even tried or tested your applicator with people who might actually use it? If not which I am sure you guys saved money on research from that but I well tell you this redesign that piece of and ask people to try it who are experiencing problems that you claim to cure/heal. And FYI I am giving you 1 star as i cant give you negative score. I am gonna tell everyone not to buy your product.

I am using smuth, every batch the product is changeing, sometimes it coffee colour mixed with white n sometimes it pure white..what the reason behind this?? I see two combination in smuth half coffee colour n half white guy

Hello I m Jangyaseni, have purchased Smuth suspension from Haryana having batch no. J203164 containing mfg date is Sep 2020 and Exp date is Aug 2022. This product has phase separation and after vigorous shaking the phase is also not miscible. The taste of this suspension is also very bad. So please consider into this matter and take proper investigation. Yes the another matter is that what should I do with this product as the retailer is not ready to return this product so make sure to recall this product also.
