I agree to the complaint by Shahid Pathan. QTV provides guidance on day to day activities and preaches humanity. Who ever has taken the decision of not airing this channel must watch it for a few days and then decide. QTV preached that terrorism is bad and killing one human is like killing entire humanity. By stopping the transmission, govt is only trying to stop the message of good. May common sense prevail!!!

i am a resident of Malkajgiri, Secunderabad, A.P., when i approached cable operator for telecast of QTV i was told that QTV is encouraging terrorism, hence it was banned. when other parts of A.P. is getting QTV telecast, how malkajgiri muslims be blamed of terrorism. i was also told that there are only 15 muslim families and he could not telecast the channel, please clarify if it is banned for terrorism or for mere number of muslim families. are muslims in india accounted for iftar parties of political leaders and for casting of votes. Govt. is not thinking of muslim sentiments or values. if we want our children to get urdu and arabic education throught islamic channels they are banned. if we sent to mosque to study they are treated as terrorist. when other community people are enjoying live and recorded telecast of their religion channels then why the muslims of secular india are prohbited from watching QTV which will teach only Quranic messages which will guide people towards peace and harmony and can guide the misleading people. i request the people who are against the telecast QTV atleast 1 full day to check what it contents. i welcome the comments whole heartedly for my request on broadcasting the QTV AND ARY ISLAMIC CHANNELS.
Assalaamu Alaikum to all. Yes there is a problem with the government or cable operators. In some parts of southern India, it is being shown. Because of this I have installed my own dish in my home for Intelsat 7/10 satellite. It costs me approximately 4000 rupees including satellite receiver. Now we are able to see Qtv, Peace TV in Urdu and English, Noor TV and best english news channel Al Jazeera telecast from Qatar. Why not to do the same by our Muslim brothers. To my knowledge I am an exserviceman, watching this QTV for the last five years, never come across it is prompting any terrorist. Actually they are prompting the best part of Islam, including Sufism. Sufism itself means promoting peace. Any one knows about the great Sufi Saint Maulana Jalaluddeen Rumi? His famous book Masnavi being lectured by Allaama Pir Alauddeen Siddiqui, in NoorTV which is worth to watch. We cannot miss this programmes. Also lectures by Tahirul Qadri in QTV. Without watching QTV, just banning QTV it is nonsense. I hope authorities and cable operators will re-consider this. Wassalaam

but I dont no what happens, the government banned on both channel. many muslim peoples wants
these channel and they miss lot of problems. please help us to solve these problem. I also hear that

Pls give us the reason why you have banned Peace tv..We are regular viewes of Peace tv and it only promotes peace and universal brotherhood..the prgms of peace tv is been precided by Govt officials Jdges and its a tragedy that decent channels are banned and vulgar channels like Ftv is havin no problem regarding telecasting..Pls lift the ban on peace tv

I agree that QTV is an extraordinary channel to watch and is the true channel for preaching of Islam and the art of living. We use to enjoy Sehri times and Iftaar times but now it is becoming Comercial channel putting so many advertisement in between that the the actual topic or the subject disappears from ones mind due to lot of advertisement in between so i request the QTV channel guys to please reduce the advertisement and the type of advertisement you show on religious channel please dont make it commercial for allah sake. As these things reflect on viewers mind and than people watching starts critisizing and that is not good. We the fact is loosing interest in watching QTV due to these unwanted breaks in between the speeches. And please for allah sake in khwateen times the host is such heavily make up which is not allowed in islam please if you dont do amal than it will not effect the viewers.
I want to request you QTV guys please dont make this religious channel a commercial channel.

This type of issues should expose in large, through out india, let them work on this and let us have our rights inthe same time the other communities in india enjoy the privilege of watching their desired religious channels, why we should sufer in democratic country.
It is worst decision of govt to stop such clean and healthy channel, instead of banning all entertainment channels which has 100% which spoils the childhood.
So please bycott DTH, till we get our rights.
