[Resolved]  Asian Consolidated Industries Ltd — shares bought-company disappeared

I am holding around 200 shares of this company. Before I could even get the shares in my hand, the company got de-listed and evoparated in thin air.
Other such companies include Rajasthan balls and bearings, Srikrishna hotels, etc..

i have some shares for Asian consolidated industries too and 'd like to know how to go about further.i[censored] have any info plz let me know

i have also been cheated not only by asian consolidated, but also bindal agrochemical industries.both seems to have died the money is stolen away by the promoter crooks

i am 100 share holder in this company. but not listied in BSC Sansax. what can i do . If company not listed in futer. pls. advise to me what can i do.

i applied for shares of m/s asian consolited industries limited.i was alloted 255 shares in the year 1995. for the past 15-16 years there is no know about of the company and i feel that my money has been used by company and the company has vanished from india or trading/ doing business in india in some other name. pl. help to get my money back.

I am holding 170 shares of Asian Consolidated Industries Limited (ACIL)...While searching websites gathered it was changed to Asian Closures Limited...While searching Asian Closures limited landed at ASIAN GLOBAL LTD (http://www.asianglobal.in/). The website mentioned name of MD Rajiv Jain who was member of management committee in Asian Consolidated Limited...spoke with him over mobile ...according to him the company ACIL was dormant and lately getting revived and by next year should again get listed on ?BSE/NSE.
Please verify the facts at your level as well...
