[Resolved]  Asian Paints — complaint in the paint APEX used on outerwall

I have used the APEX on outer walls and Royal in the innerwalls, in January, 2013. Due to the poor quality of both the products it lost it shine, finishing, rather powder came on the surface. Complaint lodged in september first week and your representative came and admitted that our paint is defective, and a long persuation they have completed the Royal shine in the inner part of my house, but now they are not ready to repaint the APEX on the outerwall. Your representative Mr. Vishant, TSO and Mr.Devesh area manager both visited my house. I am facing a lot of inconvinience due to repainting of house, but even though work is very slow and fate of outerwall painting is still uncertain. Shall I move to the consumer form and legal recourse to get the justice.
