My father Late RAM ADHAR was expired on 16.03.2009 my mother Smt. RAM KALI is a femily pension holder since 16.03.2009 after expired my father and she is drawing her family pension through the State Bank of India Branch-Lalganj Ajhara, Pratapgarh (2566) The Sbi Pension A/C.No. [protected] and According to the PPO no. [protected] Dated 03.11.2009 my father was eligible to get 6th pay commission pension arrears (Diffrence of commutation value amount) Rs 58426=00 From the period of 01.01.2006 to 02.04.2008 as per 6th c.p.c. Pension rules .Due to expired on 16.03.2009 my father was not got other arrears as follows-
He was also eligible to get his revised salary arrears, gratuty arrear, leave in- cashment arrear from 01.01.06 to 30.04.2006. For above arrears my mother gave application to the manager Sbi Lalganj pratapgarh & Divisional Railway manager, North Central Railway, Allahabad many times, but both officers do not take step to release the above my father's 6th pay commision arrears.
you are requested to take necessory action for my obaye ouoted fact and kindly to pay my father revised arrear lifetime pension into the mother's pension A/C [protected] SBI LALGANJ AJHARA, PRATAPGARH (UP)
