[Resolved] ATM — non withdrawal of amount with atm | |
i have a saving a/c in your bank k block branch kidwai nagar kanpur having a/c no. [protected]. i have withdrawl Rs. 15000/- with Allahabad bank ATM situated infront of hallet hospital dated18.11.2009 at 15.05p.m. but the amount was not withdrawn and the amount was deducted my account . so kindly credit my money in my acccount as early as posible. I faced a problem while trying to withdraw an amount on Rs. 8200/- (Eight thousand Two hundred) from my Bank Of India account, from a SBI ATM, Krishnam Residency, New Ranip. I don’t know if there was any problem or network failure or not, but I did not received the amount and got a Transaction slip with a message “Sorry Unable to Process” written on it. And also I received a SMS ([protected]) saying that an amount of Rs. 8200/[protected]:55 PM) is debited from my Bank of India account. I don’t know why.
But anyhow, I have the savings account details are:

But anyhow, I have the Transaction slip details are:
