Atm Service — erratic and irregular service of hdfc atm and unsatisfactory customer care service | |||
I am dharmender singh, from g n d engg college, bidar, Karnataka, India, operated my atm at warangal, andhra pradesh, india ( hdfc acc no. [protected], card no. 526419xxxxxxxxx4) on state bank of hyderabad atm machine on 20 april 2012 at 17.04 hours. First I drew rs. 5000 and got it. But second time consequently at 17.08 hours used atm to get rs. 5000 but I couldnot get it. Meantime rs. 5000 was deducted from my sb account. I contacted customer care but rs. 5000 is not remitted to my account so far. I kindly request you to do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||

HDFC — Not satisfactory services
Hello,To whomsoever it may concern.
I Renuka S Peter would like to bring into your notice few unacceptable behaviour of your bank.
Since 15th Dec2010, I have been trying to reach your customer service, but could not reach as the phone gets disconnected again and again. Its not from my side which I confirmed as I asked somebody else to dial your number in Delhi.Same thing happening several times even on 16th dec 2010. I am fed up. There are other small bank also, but they have also banking service, but I never came across such difficulty to speak to a simple representative. Its so annoying when you have little time and you are disconnected and not getting your concern resolved. I am so unhappy with HDFC services not only interms of disconnection on call but also in other services. Your people promise for a call back. But they dont revert. In fine language HDFC has a poor banking service. I have done a small research, People holding HDFC aacount (corporate and general) 66.25 people in NCR, Delhi are dissatisfied with the services in all means. Which is not acceptable.
