[Resolved] AUTO HITECH PVT LTD — NON-DELIVERY OF BOOKED CAR | |||
Reference: Order No.:SOB10000743 DATED[protected] Ritz Lxi (Fire Brick Red) booked though AUTO HITECH PVT. LTD.,KOLKATA. This is with reference to the above-mentioned booking of Ritz-Lxi (Fire Brick Red) made on 20 June 2010 vide. Receipt no.:36189 and cheque no.170273 dated 20-06-10 drawn on UTI Bank for Rs.10000/- in the Name of Mr.Karan Singh Nahata through Maruti delaer Auto Hitech Pvt.Ltd.,Kolkata. The waiting period of two months for delivery of the booked model was communicated by the dealer for the same is already over on 20 Aug 2010 and still even after a period of four months from the booking date there is no commitment & confirmation of delivery date of the said booked car.The committment to deliver the booked car and that too on the within the time communicated to us and within further reasonable time is totally absent with Auto Hitech Pvt Ltd. All other Maruti car dealers of Kolkata are ready to deliver the said booked car within two months time (max.)from the booking date or earlier but Auto Hitech Pvt Ltd seems to be an exceptional dealer who is showing no commitment & providing confirmation to deliver the booked car even after four months of the booking date.All reminders (oral,written & personal visits) to the Auto Hitech Pvt Ltd from time to time has yielded no satisfactory results. In the circumstances ,we would like to claim damages of Rs.50000/- for the non-commitment, default & failure of Auto Hitech Pvt Ltd to deliver us the desired car within the timeline communicated to us & further reasonable time and for the inconvenience,harassment,discomfort,anxiety& grievance caused to us.Request for immediate satisfactory action against the erring dealer,Auto Hitech Pvt Ltd and settlement of the compensation for the claimed damages of Rs.50000/- apart from the booking amount of Rs.10000/-. The dealership of Auto Hitech Pvt Ltd should be scrapped at once.The dealer, Auto Hitech Pvt Ltd, has been known for its non-committments & defaults for a long time.Legal proceedings by all aggrieved should be initiated against the erring dealer.
At the time of booking the car in June 2010, AUTO HITECH PVT LTD.representative had given us only the money receipt for the booking amount made to them by us.They have not given us the copy of booking order & code of committment which should be given to every customer irrespective of the fact whether he demands it or not at the time of booking.We were communicated that they only provide the money receipt to the customer at the time of booking.This clearly shows & indicates that AUTO HITECH PVT LTD. representatives have always the intention of cheating, frauding & fooling the customers.

They are simply blatant in their attitude with no respect and regards to their customers..
