Nokia 3110 — automatically contacts &messages deleting

my self a.ravichandra using nokia 3110 esn/imei number - [protected] for the past 4 months . ipurchased this mobile recently in mk mobiles in secbad date is 25-03-09 .this mobile givinglot of trouble to me .
main problems
.... automatically contacts numbers and messages are deleting
..... sometimes auto switches off
.....recording this problem i gave the complaint to nokia customer services center

but they are not taking proper responsible. its having warranty also warranty fef no "apainy[protected]
please take necessary action as early as possible .................. thankyou.
