[Resolved] Aviva India — Mental harassment | |||
I have been trying hard with Aviva Team to find answers to my cheat complain logged against Aviva's Policy Sales Team. I wanted to withdraw from my policy & need my hard-earned money in my tough times, but they have been not responding to my complains. It has been almost 3 months now (since August). They had blocked my Online account & are not reverting on how can a policy lapse when only initial two yrs payment was committed. I have duly paid premium for 2+yrs initially. Also, to file a consumer complain, i asked them for scan copy of the documents I signed, but they are not giving those documents. They have been deliberately delaying the process & harassing me by not providing true & latest information on my policy. Was this information helpful? | |||
