[Resolved] Aviva Life Insurance Co Ltd — PF FORM NOT SUBMITTING

Dear Sir, As I have resigned from AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE on 3/11/09 and forwarded PF withdrawal form duly signed by me.but it seems Co delebratly not submitting my form because till date I have not received any feed back from the PF office and Co concern officers are not giving proper replies.kindly do something because I am in need of funds to solve some medical releted issues of my parents. Aviva Life Insurance — Form not given by company

Hi,

I joined in avia life insurance. Now i thought to surrender my policy.Now i asked to avia life insurance and their respective bank (Canara Bank) for policy surrender form. But from the past 2 week they didn't respond and they are escalating it. Where should i complaint about this?

Please help me.
