I am a customer of your company Aviva Life Insurance Co.Ltd. My Policy No is TDW3118844. I have asked to continually 10 months to your branch office and customer care again and again for provide me my original document with written letter but they ignored it. After some days ago I have received a call from your side they asked me your original policy document was delivered to you when you come in branch.after that call when my husband Mr Rajender Kumar go to your branch Mr. Parveen Khatri see him a signature of my (Reena) but that signature was not my signature. That signature is fake signature. You check it. I am also courier a request to you POD No. is[protected]ON Dot Courier) dated 30/07/2012. Now I am really disappointed and fill very harassment. Dou to you and your company I am fill mentally presser.
