1- In this policy there is a mismatch in my signatures on illustration and application form and forgery has been done with me by company representative of AVIVA life insurance company ltd.

2- All policy features like the premium paying term,returns was not explained properly.

I have followed up with Aviva form the month of oct-2009, and they have not responded properly

Aviva Life Insurance Co. Ltd — PF withdrawal

Dear Sir,

I am Ajay Mishra worked with Aviva Life Insurance Co Ltd, from 01/08/2008 to 09/04/2009.
i have submit my pf withdral to my aviva head office, but company raise a recovery from my side Rs.16736/-
and said that to me if i will not clear my recovery, he will not release my pf amount,
kindly help me how can i withdral my pf from company.

I am shailendra kumar my police no.is WSG1304348 withdral my amount 32, 218 rs. confrm in jaipur office on 19/08/2009 but i recive 14, 679 rs.only in hed office on 27/08/2009 no any information hed office i camplan this matter but no recpoins coustemr so im ligal camplan aviva life.insur.
