I am ex employee of Aviva and my details are sa follows Name - Amrita chugh Emp code - 31900 Channel - agency Designation - SSM Branch - Gurgaon 2 A PF A/c NO. DL/25803/31192 LWD - 5/12/2012 i have applied twice for my pf refund. Latest applied on 27th june 13 I have still not got my pf into my a/c.
