[Resolved] Aviva Life Insurance, Pune India — Fraud in terms of period of plan tenure and lock in period | |||
The policy of Freedom life plan for 10 years with 3 years lock in period was taken by me.(Year 2009) The agent from AVIVA has wrongly interpreted the lock in period as 5 years now. Now when I went to FC road branch, the fund value was 62,000. and When I surrender the policy the amount came in to be 29,000 . Premium paid: 25,000 per year total=75,000 paid for 3 years till date.
