House Loan Application Status

I had applied for a housing loan with AXIS BANK.
Till today i am searching for my status of application
the concerned DSA (Tel no 09999114637) is also unreachable.
I am still waiting for my papers and cheque that i had deposited with them.
The DSA did not give me any reference number.
I am not sure how pathetic the service can be.
Numerous times i have called their customer care number, so many times i have visited AXIS BANK,
but seems all have deaf ears (from top to bottom in hierarchy).
Now this is my last resort to sort out the issue.
Kindly Help.

This type of complaints should reach RBI and severe steps has to be taken on the Bank.
