[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Deduction of Rs/ 10,000 from my salary account

No action has been done to sort out my complaint.

I am holding salary account in your bank I want to bring in your kind notice that yesterday on 03 may 2010 I have debited RS/ 2000 from Statebank ATM machine , but after some time I have recieved SMS from your bank that RS/ 10,000 has been debited from my account in addition to Rs/2000 which is not true. Complaint has been lodged in Axis bank under complaint no[protected] ,where I am holding salary account.Request to credit my 10,000/- immediate as I need the amount.


Also please note written complaint has given to Branch Manager Mr.Dhar( under cell no [protected] ) based at Jammu , bahu plaza Gandhi nagar on 03/05/2010 & 04/05/2010.

May I request you to kindly sort out the matter as concerned branch manager advising to contact State Bank ,whereas SBI is not helping.
