My account number is [protected] and pin number [protected]. I got a pin number(Passward)for ATM service and when i processed to change the pin Number, it got blocked. So i applied for new PIN number for 3 times, as all the times it says incorrect pin. i lost amount unnecessarily, for every three times of PIN change. i came to one of your branches to complaint about this, but still i didnt get rectified. I am not satified with ur customer service as they delay and not solving my problem, at my earliest. still the problem is unsolved. kindly, make a solution for this so that i can further access ATM service.
