This Axis Bank should inform their Customers. Bank is not taking care of his users. This action is not correct. Bank deduct approx. 800/- Rs. from my account as 'Consolidation Charge' which is not fair.
They are responsible to not to manage good relationship with us. I will take appropiate action.

Axis Bank, Fort Branch — Late Credit of Export Payment
We received an export payment o[censored]s $ 91,000 on 20'th june. They confirmed the receipt of this payment on 30'th june. But till today, 4'th july, they have still not credited my account with this money. No one seems to know about the payment & we are being tossed from one person to another. While I was withdrawing Rs 500/- from your Axis Bank ATM at Shimpoli Road which is a New ATM, of my Bank Of Baroda Debit Card No: XXXXXXXXXXXX1461 ON 5TH JULY 2011 AT 19:22:43 HRS & 19:24:27 HRS Twice the Transaction got cancelled and I didnt got any money.But My Transaction was showing Rs 500/- DEDUCTED TWICE. I have lost my Rs 1000/- because of your new ATM Machine. Also there was NO Telephone in ur ATM nor I got any Receipts.

Axis Bank — Consolidated bank charges for a/c
Hi,I am a student and have a axis bank account. On 27th June they deducted Rs. 750, plus Rs. 77.25 as 10.30% charges for A/c without informing me. My account went below minimum balance for just 18 days, as money was in my account on 29th June according to my statement. This is quite unfair on me as a student.

Axis Bank Kalyani Nagar — Charging of Parking money in the Bank premises without Receipt
This is to bring to your notice that the AXIS BANK (Kalyaninagar Pune) located at the MARIGOLD BUILDING Behind AD-labs Kalyaningar Pune are charging Rs10. for the people parking two wheelers at the parking that is located at the side of the Building. On asking for the Receipt the BANK PERSONAL stated that the parking was a private parking and they had the right to charge the money and on demanding for the receipt they said that no receipt will be provided.Is this right that the bank can charge people without giving them any receipt.
Axis Bank — Ditching customers against home loan
Dear Sir/Madam,I know that what is the EMI for my Bank Loan No.[protected].
But is it was not duty of the Bank to inform me
that my tenure will increase or increasing in EMI?
Since last 10 months interest rates are increasing
but no letter/sms or call from Axis Bank..and if this is
happening my tenure will going to be increasing every
time and 50 yrs also loan will not cleared.
So this is happning due to lack of communication of Bank.
I have given a complaint in Consumer Forum against Axis Bank but
still there is no action by Consumer Court...I got a call from Axis Bank
regarding this matter but no satisfaction with their ans.
What about my loss due to not increasing EMI and Axis Bank increased
my tenure by default?
And i'm always ready to increase EMI and not my tenure.

Axis Bank — 3rd complaint but no action - Not informed about increase in int rates and increase tenure without my consent
Sir,I have home loan A/c No.[protected] from Axis Bank.
Axis bank has not communicated me any changed in my EMI
or interest rates. They kept same EMI with increasing tenure without
my consent. I had taken loan 6 yrs back for 240 months and still my
balance tenure is 229 months. If it has been informed by them
to me about this increase in tenure due to increase in int rate
then i would have been opted for increasing EMI but Bank has
not given me single chance for the same.
No communication from the Bank at all.
Only 1 call i got after my 1st complaint at consumer forum
and that was also not satisfactory to me.
Now this is my complaint to consumer forum 3rd time in last 15 days
but Bank is still behaving very rude to me and no satisfactory call or
solution from Bank. Even i think consumer forum is also not ready to
take any action against the Bank and hence Bank is rude with customers
like me.
You are requested to ask and take urgent action against them about this
else people will not trust on this consumer forum complaint also.

Axis Bank Indore — Bank has not inform us hike interest rate
My father has taken loan against commercial property on dt.20.11.05 of Rs.525000/[protected]@ 9.75% & EMI Rs.6865/ per month for 10 years from Kamal palace branch indore M.P. I have receive rate increase letter only two time. First in 30 April 2007 & second in 24 August 2011. In first letter bank has inform us that your tenure of loan has been revised to 128 month from the existing tenure of 103 month but not shown how much rate of interest increase. In second letter bank has suddenly increases rate of interest by 5.50% & also increase EMI by Rs.572, after all this bank has increases my loan period also. How all such things has been changed suddenly?When my son go to Indore branch with this question, why bank has not inform us by letter time to time regarding increase in rate of interest, EMI & loan tenure no one is able to give him information regarding all such things.

Through our bank statement that we have been charged an amount of Rs.28678/- for not maintaining the minimum balance of Rs.1000000.
We regret to inform you that at the point of opening the account your representative did not inform us at all of the minimum balance of the amount as rs.1000000. as we were not aware of that amount we request you to waive off Rs.28678/- charges.
We already submitted applications in Dated-24/01/2011 & 22/03/2011 but we did not credit any amount yet & not any satisfied answer.

Axis Bank — Amount taken without any action
Sir/Madam,I booked the train ticket through Online site [www.irctc.co.in] with Net Banking of Axis Bank. Amount is debited from Axis Bank,but didn't book the train ticket.
So refund the amount of Axis Bank as soon as Possible.
