My Name is Devendra Pratap Tripathi,i am working in Reliance Energy Ltd.Santacruz (E).I have applied for Axix Bank Crediet Card back two months , but till date i could not received any information by bank. However my verification is done and i received also my applications no by SMS. My application no. is 824668,This Massage is received through SMS dated 14.11.2007.I could not find my Card till Date also Consumer No.also.
If any unthorized persons received my card i am not responsable the outsatanding amount.So I request pls help in this regards , if my card is disaggreed by Bank then Ok not problem if already make a card pls issue my Card my office address.

i navin kumar jha, applied for credit card on march 2009 and i received reference no 1809344 from yr bank(axis bank) but yet i have not received my credit card, give me status of my card
