i am holding a gold credit card with noXXXXXXXXX6132 I MADE THE FULL SETTLEMENT PAYEMENT ON 30 MARCH 2010 BUT STILL THE BANK HAS LEANED MY ACCOUNT I WANT TO ASK ONE THING Y THEY R HOLDING IT ON LEAN WHEN I HAVE PAID THE FULL AMOUNT PLS ANSWER

Axis Bank Credit Card — Unneccessary Harressment

Hi,

My name is Setu Bhatt and and I have opted for AXIS Bank (UTI iBank formerly) about an year ago. I have purchased credit card by accepting toal annual fee of Rs. 1500 despite of other companies is giving for free for liftime. This is due to the offer for free Return Air Tickets for two.

After I received credit card I purchase Laptop and I paid back however due to less information I didn't receive any detailed information on How to claim free tickets.

I tried calling to customer care no. howvere AXIS Bank didn't had it working the Custome care centre. I called them atlead 100 times and finaly I wrote few emails to them.

I lost my offer in meantime and I decided not to pay Rs. 1500 as they even didn't give me my offere back.

It has now turned into Rs. 7600 Apprx outsatnding and they keep calling me for this amout.

Also they have withdrawn Rs 700 from my account (I had an account with AXIS Bank). Now I do not want to pay a single Rs. as I already pais them enough for nothing.

Please help.

My father is suffering from mental problems. He had a credit card from your bank (axes bank). father never used credit card but bank send many bills, and your Jabalpur branch manager treat to my father, "you have to pay your bill otherwise ...and if you are not pay full bill, do compromise in 3000 only"
I complaint your indoor branch but we didn't have any response.

Dear Sir,

Myself is kailas kore staying at Sion. I was using Axis Bank Credit Card. Two year before i was not recd, bank expenses statement so i called in Bank Call centre and paid my dues after due expenses date only because of statement was not recd. and that time Call centre lady told me she will reverse my late payment charges but next month they charged late payment charges so once again i called in Call center and asked about reversal that time they started arguments with me and blocked my CC. After that i cut that card.

Now after two years and last 3 months i am receiving call for Axis bank and they asking more than 2500/- for settlement. For that also i am ready to settle account in 1000/-. When i chekced my CIBIL report they are put me as a defaulter so i cannot apply loan any where.

The person who called me she is harrsing me her name is 'Pradhna Mane' and contact no is.[protected]
she is talking very rough and in office she is always harrsing me.

I wanted to booked complaint against her and bank.

Please help me in this matter.

Axis Bank Credit Card — sending bills without purchasing

I, suresh vinayak, was using axis bank credit card long back (credit card no is [protected] . they are sinding bills (even now) to me, even i asked them to pls tell me detail of my bill / bills, when and where i used this card, but they are not sending me any detail...only sending me statments with intrest.

I had applied for Axis bank Credit card (Gold) on 6th Jan'2011 so far no status provided by the marketing person. What is the procedure to know the reason of decline of application for credit card and the status of application for the same.

what is the procedure to know the status of application and/or the reason for decline of the same. because it is very very necessary to know the credibility of an Individual before the banking forum for want of loan liability etc.
