I have NRI saving account with AXIS BANK A/C [protected]
Branch code : 00564 tamil nadu
Last month i receive my welcome kit & password.
the problem. txn password is not showen clear. so i inform to business development e
xecutive officer .
after 2 week i receive mail. thaer send to me password 13 characters as per VAIRXXXXXXXXX.
whin i go to i connect . i enter password, the massage is error . pls send to me clear password.thanks.

i need a new i connect user id and password as i misplaced theb old one which i am not using till now. but now i want to work with that but it was misplased by me. please provide me a new user id and password as soon as possible.

my saving a/c is on the branch of Mumbai, Lokhandwala on AXIS BANK.

I tried a lot with the i connect and password that i got from bank to get in to i connect. but it is showing invalid retail name.pls help me and pls mail me my id &pass word . my a/c no is[protected].

I got two iconnect password, but when i enter both these password its saying not a valid retail user.what is user id for iconnect.its so confusing, plse help me out.

This is the second time i received iconnect password from the bank.Two passwords are given which one to enter for logging first time(one is password n other is txn password).I provided the Cust ID as my Login ID and password as what is the password provided by axis bank and not providing Txn PW as the password.The alphabet provided in the password is in capital letters and i am also feeding the password in capital letters.It is showing login failed.Then i tried 4 more attempts of providing txn password in small & capital letters and finally it is not logging in.I think my account is again deactivated.The same thing happened earlier also.My Cust ID is[protected].Kindly guide me what to do.Plz send me mail.
