[Resolved]  Axis Bank — credit card

I applied for a credit card 3 months ago . Till now the documents has not been processed . The credit card employees are least interested in making a call to let me know what went wrong .
Moreover the bank has deducted Rs4000 consolidation charges inspite of my maintenance of minimum balance.Moreover , the page which shows charge details is not opening since last 2 weeks .
I am tired of the pathetic service this bank provides and now i have decided to end all my association with this bank .

My complaint is regarding unnecessary charges to my credit card no.- [protected] and been informed that we are waiving off the charges but it is still showing to my account, i haven't applied for any kind of medical policy but as per the statement shown that there is a medical policy given to me by your company, but i don't even know about that so plz look the matter and solve it immediately becaues i haven't use this card but stil the charges are shown so plz waived all the charges so that i can use it for further shoping and all. so please look the matter immediately and call me at my mobile number([protected]) for detail matter.

Kindly sort this matter out on your earliest...Mr.Prabhulal sharma has recieved the money after a long struggle and Mr.lachmandas gurru is still waiting...AXIS bank kept their money without any genuine reason, now they dont want to pay the intrest even. we do get the bank statement wihch shows that we have got our amount at AXIS bank but it is really funny that we can not with draw ...

I dont know who to ask for this delayed service...No doubt, remit to india has

got really good name but we had a terrible experience by dealing with remit to india!!!

please advice AXIS bank to pay the remaining amount...

P.S: the tel.[protected] is mentioned on Axis Bank's Flashy website but unfortunately it never works.gets disconnected after putting the customer on hold..

Dear sir,

i had a very bad experience in ur service i got the credit card from ur bank before a month that gold plus card, the executives r told me that no anual charges and no other hidden charges for this card then only i applied and now wat happens u people r charging 1600 Rs some thing in my previous bill then i called the bank and told them i dont want 2 pay this kind of things plz cancel my credit card account then she told me that dont worry sir i will help u and i will convert the credit card in 2 gold card then automatically the charges will detected i asked them is there any complaint number r refference number she told me nothing is there i will takecare but now i got a new msg 2060.65Rs pending with due date .am not even swiped once in this card so i dont want this goldplus card plz cancel it .im having a good relationship with so many banks so dont make me a defaulter .this is my contact number [protected] .

In my last 10 years of experience, this is the orst back i have come across. Neither the call centre works nor the staff replies on the mails. Its high time or else a complaint needs to be lodged with RBI.
I applied for credit card almost one month back, i get reference no i.e. 1517444. on 14/07/08, but still i am not recieve the same.
Kindly confirm me status regarding the same.

I have started my account on March 2006, I got debit card on 06.06.2006, I got all the pin's except my ATM pin. I have raised number phone calles to your bangalore call center. But there is no proper reply from their side, Now i am taking my money by chq book only.

I applied for the credit card on Saturday (Sep 13, 2008) and the bank Executive told me that it will be in process withing 2-3 working days. But I didnt receive any call from the bank yet and when i tried to contact Mr. Devendra Singh (Sr. Business Executive, [protected]) then he told me the he will contact me back withing 5 minutes but he didnt and when i tried to call him then he is not taking the call. I am confused that my card is in progress or something is missing. I want the card as soon as possible, if this bank cant give me then it can let me know but i didnt getting any response from bank. I have recvd a msg from the Axis bank dept regarding the credit card i have applied for. However the card has not reched me as of now. The msg ref no that I got is - 1509886.
So requesting the managers or the concerned person to look into the issue with utmost emergency.

I have applied for Creditcard from 1 month, all verify is complete but till date no any information received,

I am axis Credit Card Holder. Around 10 month back I have used Credit Card and from then i am regulary paying my minimum due amount. But instead of reducing the amount every month my amount is increasing . Per month they are charging three times services tax . late payment charges etc etc. and when in December i am again and again asking for the reasons and settlement but they are not ready and now they have started taking directly from my Salary Account without my knowledge and permossion when i am asking the reason they are saying that they have Authority for the same as they have signed documents for this, which i am not aware .

Against 15000/ i have almost paid more than 20000 till date. And from the Sptem to Jan. i have paid 10000/- and against 9100 and still my due amount is 16000/-. Thus i request you to please help.
