[Resolved] Axis Bank Salary Account — Welcome KIT not received | |||
I was applied for Axis bank(Saltlake,Sector-1,Kolkata) Salary Account on 30th of March,2010 and I got an SMS on 13th of April,2010 that my welcome kit has been dispatched through AFL courier service. Though I have received the debit card PIN related letter but didn’t received the welcome kit, check book and debit card and other necessary documents. I was applied for Axis bank(Patna, 800001 location) Salary Account on 12th of June, 2012 and I got an SMS on 29th of June, 2012 that my welcome kit has been dispatched through FIRST FLIGHT courier service. Though I have received the debit card PIN related letter but didn’t received the welcome kit, check book and debit card and other necessary documents.

They have deducted money from account on the name of consolidated charges and service tax. while my account is 0 balance salary account.
