This has reference to your above service No. C61 Express from Meera Road to Mulund Check Naka Depot via Godbunder (Maharana Pratap Depot) which was started from 1st August 2010. In the beginning the bus route was from Meera Road to Mulund Check Naka. From 1st October the route was changed & it now goes to Deen Dayal Agar via Mulund Station. All the Godbunder people are very happy for this bus service because they don’t want to get down at Teen Hath Naka and take another bus for Mulund.
Please note that of late we are facing lot of problems on this bus route. Your service will be half an hour or 20 minutes. But in evening there is no bus service between 5.15 PM to 7.00 PM. Where as in the bus time table there are three buses listed. When we enquired from the conductors they told us that at depot (Deen Dayal) only few passengers are there, so the Depot Incharge does not want to start the bus. We also came to know that the route is very long and so the drivers are not ready to take the job. They say that for such a long route the BEST is giving them only 4000/- salary per month & that’s why they are not interested for this long route.
We came to know that after 12.00 PM at Deen Dayal Agar, Incharge, transfer all the drivers and conductors (C61) to other route, so that the staff will not be there. Initially similar problem was at the Maharana Pratap Agar also, but the problem was resolved and the buses were running regularly.
Now we are facing a lot of problems on this bus route again since it has started running from Deen Dayal Agar. Please note that at Check Naka many peoples are waiting for this bus because this is a direct bus. They don’t want to travel via Teen Hath Naka so they just keep waiting in anticipation of this bus for hrs. & hrs. together
You are kindly requested to look into the matter and provide a solution at the earliest.

sir, here am to complaint a busno 413 .public faced so many problems.bus never cum on time.even a driver take some money from private bus and stop dtc bus till half n hour.sir plz take a strict decison thank you

We are paying huge fares but are not getting the service.
Why don't you guys train them first before giving the seat. Concerned authorities need to take action. I had several times intimated at the Vashi bus terminus about BUS 505 not stopping at Vashi Highway i was been told that you need to complain at wadala depot.
This is increasing day by day something has to be done.
Is there any customer service contact no, then one can give the driver/ conductor no & the Bus no.
Hope things will change for good.
