The No.55888 provides free astro. services for one week. Now it is turned paid without informed or demand.At the same time on 24365 no one is responding for the grevience of customer.so also unwanted message(sms) are received at odd hours.please arrange for grevience redressal authority on 24365.already the protest is registered on 55888 by reply message on 24365.I tried to contact and registere complaint but nobody is responding.It is clearcut unfair trade practice and harashment to consumer.I am one of such consumer.Please do the needful and reply.Also I shall be constrained to takeup the matter to appropriate authority which notes. I m also a harassed by this free astro provides by 55888. with out informing me 20 /- is charged by 55888. plz do the needful and reply also.

i have been facing the same problem. When i tried to sms and tell them to disconnect the service...they sent me a ringtone and charged Rs 8 for it allegedly saying that i had asked for it. It is an extemely unfair business...and something should be done immediately.

i too agree they deducted mine 15 rs also and i contacted care & even if i deactivated the service till i took the complaint no for my future safety.

A FREE ASTRO SERVICE WAS BEING GIVEN BUT WITHOUT NOTICE THE FREE ASTRO SERVICE WAS CONVERTED TO A PAID ONE.ALTHOUGH A MESSAGE FOR DEACTIVATING HAD COME BUT IT WAS NO RESULT CAUSE IT WASN'T WORKING.WHEN CONTACTED TO THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY GAVE A NO. TO DEACTIVATE IT.AGAIN IT IS OF NO USE.NOW I'm HARASSED SO DO PLEASE HELP.

sir my mobil number is [protected] i recevied a sms through desi tashan for renewed in every 7 days but i complaint to the d&d . complaint no kotn170648 on 06 oct 2011 but till there is no response fot that, today (14 oct) also i recevied the same message for renewal & amount also deduct (rs 20) please do something for this.
