I wish to place a complaint against Bag it today (India today group) for not despatching the order i had placed on 9th September 2010 using their online website (www.bagittoday.com). It was confirmed that the order will be despatched within 3-4 weeks. However till date i haven't received my order. Also, whenever i contact the customer care team of Bag it today, they provide me false assurance of order being despatched. Refer to the attached mail for the facts of the case. I request you to please help me in this regard.

My name is sarvesh purandare.i had placed an order for reebok core v neck sweat shirt.on 7th oct but till dare i havent received my order.my billing ID is[protected],
i contacted customer care but every time answer is same that the product is out of stock and will be available within a week.
if you are not able to deliver the product why dnt you retun my payment.
as you know money is not that easy to earn. you eran money by doing such fraud with common peaople who fall pray to your fake offers.
one more thing i made purchase of philips portable dvd player which would give me cash of 50000 rs and 50000 diamond vouchers but all is fake.. the cost of diamonds is just 2000 rs which bag it today claim of having 50000rs.. is this what bag it todayhas got with it..rest all you know.

India Today — watch is not good

I am V.Satya Prahlad . I bought numero uno wrist watch form India Today. Just now I got the parcel and when I opened the packet to get my watch I got watch for which back part is very very lose. Its almost removed. I was fooled. What can I do? Get me a new watch. Otherwise I will claim to consumer forum. My phone no is [protected]. Call me urgently.My order Id is[protected].

I have purchased a watch on bag it today.com on 18.11.2010 and made a credit card payment of RS.499. But i have not got the delivery of my watch till today(22.12.2010).I was promised to get the watch in 2 or 3 weeks. So please check the status of my watch. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have a similar compaint... not received a watch ordered on 21.11.2010 order id [protected]. made payment by credit card. kindly inform me of the status.

Bag It Today — Order Not Dispatched

Hello,
I received an email from India Today (Bag it today) wherein i was offered a Provogue Gift hamper worth Rs 1599. I placed an order bearing Order Id [protected]. This was placed on Dec 27, 2010.
The money was charged instantly but i didn't received any kind of communication regarding order status.
I called them on Dec 31 and then on Jan 5 wherein I was promised that my order would reach me on or before Jan 15 as i ordered that to gift it to someone.
I waited patiently but still didn't got any response so i called them back on Jan 11 when the Customer Care executive was very rude in responding.
I was informed that order is OUT OF STOCK and can't be delivered.
I really feel frustrated and cheated by this fraud company.... I demand answers to my following queries
a. Why wasn't I kept informed about my order status?
b. Why wasn't I informed about the non availibility of the gift hamper when I called them on two previous occassions?
c. It was me who was regularly calling and emailing them..No one from the company care to acknoeledge my calls/emails. I wouldn't even ever came to know about the non availibility if i haven't called them.
d. Pathetic, unsatisfactory and rude reponses from their Customer care executives.

I would strongly recommend everyone NOT TO make any deal with this company...I feel harassed and cheated.

Bag It Today — Not received yet

ordered on 19th Dec,2010 paid by credit card. Havnt received yet. even called their customer care 10 days back said shall be delivered soon. But havnt received it yet.

They had mentioned delivery time 2-3 weeks. Its a blanket ordered and it will hold no value if its not delivered right on time.

I completely agree with the above... Luckily I have opted for Cash on Delivery... But the courier service with which they have the tie up is the worst ever courier service (ARAMEX)... They do not even call people if the delivery is with them... But when we, fed up and call them they say... shipment was returned because there were no one at home... It can happen once or twice not every time... They don, t even call once...when we ask any information, there ARAMEX people do not have any and they hang up the call on customer's face. I don't when they will change their attitude towards their customers... Completely disappointed... They give good offers ... But not the service...

Bag it Today (India Today Group) — Watch not yet received..

I have ordered (One Unisex REEBOk Watch) saying it was a free gift from Bag It India for selected members and only need to pay shipment charges Rs.399, so I paid, through online credit card, and have the statement with me as proof.
Even after one month I have not received any gift or confirmation letter or any such kind.
I am worried, that I am been fooled by these holigaans, and now I want refuned of Rs. 399.
I its all ok with me.

Bag it Today (India Today Group) — Non - responsive behaviour

I had purchased one BlackBerry 8830 SmartPhone from this Company. The Product had been delivered to me but a defective one. I contacted the Company and they said that they would reverse pickup the product and replace with a new one. It was done and the phone was sent back to them. But now after reaching the product to their warehouse, they are not showing responsive behaviour as they are telling different time period for the delivery. Even after making the payment and providing all the necessary documents to them sometimes they say it would take two weeks sometimes they say three weeks. The Online support number has also stopped responding to my calls. I have no idea what to do.

I had purchased books Set (12Books) for Rs. 2999/- 6 voucher, and promised 2n/3dsys packages with food and to and fro fair, which i had purchased in july 2009, after being in communication with them for nearly 2 years till date i have not been able to avail my holiday voucher.
