IPOD — false commitment

Dear Sandeep,

This is FARUKH SHAH. My order No is 5036277.I recieved the I POD on 3/12/08 ordered by me on 26 november 2008 having transaction no[protected]. But, I pod is not working properly and its not a 1 GB I POD.Its battery is not charging properly. So, I request you to please replace the I pod sent by you immediately.
I wish that you will support me. I am waiting for your reply.

India Today Book Club — poor quality products/ not meeting the commitment

I had purchased the below said item on 26th March and rec’d the parcelbut the below said items are missing from the parcel!!

1. 2 GB Memory card

2. Battery Charger

3. Camera Pouch
The said items are mentioned in the camera packing(as a part of Kodak offering); however these items eatern by Indiatoday bookclub team.. apart from this the quality of the gifts (its said to be REEBOK!! is it really Reebok???) was pathetic.. since we had accidently damaged one gift item, i couldnt return it to them..

Guys, pls dont take any items or believe any promisses from ITBC team.. they are the biggest cheaters..

BagIT Today — False Commitment

Dear Bagit Today,

I am writing this mail with deep sorrow feelings, your Booking Mangers are playing with emotions and value of humanity, they just want money through false commitments and promises. I don't know this way how long you people will go. i will not be a beggar to lose money of 12,000/- nor you people will be millianor but the impact you will going to face will be very hard for you by hurting people.

One of your Booking Manager Mr. Jay Dixit call us and offer tour package of 4N/5D @ 5998+550. we refused because on occasion of my anniversary we have booked our dates for travel to Daman only hotel booking is pending and also time gap required for booking is more then 30 days but Mr. Jay called after 10 min and told us that the hotel which we are looking is available and he will provide booking in this package only. on his commitment we pay the money immediately thorough Credit card. He calls back once again and told us that you are winner of one more offer as last booking member, if you book 2nd package you will get 5 benefits i.e., 1 apple ipod, lifetime membership and bla bla. Next day onward he is not picking phone. Your customer care is just saying what your policy say.

Mr. Jay promise me to book "Ci-Da-De-Daman Resort" for 10th of May 2012.
but All my journey is got ruined by him.

I am writing this mail to know your answer in YES or NO that Do i get booking as per commited by Mr. Jay. your mail for "we get back you soon" will not help me.
