Sir, I Had apply for Pan Card vide Application No.[protected] from UTI Centre Gandhi Nagar Jammu on 20.06.2008. UTI Gandhi Nagar had acknowledged it coupon number[protected]. But after more than six months, moreover i had approched UTI Gandhi Nagar for more than 20 times but al in vain they do not bothered. My Motorcycle policy no. is OG[protected]-00071952. Period of insurance WAS 06/12/2009 To 05/12/2010. Due to your's NEGLIGENCE my bike is not insured by your company now. I have not found any letter Reminder Or notice for insurance from bajaj allianz gen.insu.comp.ltd.(hard copy/other)If it may possible take action against responsible person/Agent,Please.

Period of insurence of my motorcycle was 06/12/2010 To 05/12/2010. my M.Cycle policy no. is OG[protected]-00071952.But due to your's NEGLIGENCE ,my motorcycle is not insured by you. Not given any notice by your company/agent (hardcopy or other). If it may take action against him.Thanking you.

Bajaj allianz General Insurance Company Ltd. — Taking payment without sale of any products/bond
I had made my shop insurance with the bajaj allianz vide the policy noumber OG[protected]-00000316for the period 11/12/2006 to 10/12/2007 & policy no- OG[protected]-00000128 for the period 11/12/2007 to 10/12/2008, After expire of my above said policy, an agent of bajaj allianz taken a cheque vide no -( State Bank of India ) 787319 dated 17/12/2008 for Rupees 6335/- only for renuwal of the above said policy. But till date I have not received any policy so far, after several quories I come to know that the renuwal policy has not been made so far due to unknown reason. But my question is that Why the bajaj allianz has not give any information regarding this? If some unwanted thigs may happen to my shop who will be responsible ? The bajaj Allinz recived the payment on Date 29/01/2009 from my Bank, without sale of any product How far this is justify to received payments ? Why strong acctions should not be taken against the Bajaj allianz for this type of irresponsible manner ?
