[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance — Deduction of charges from my policy

Dear Sir,

I have bought a policy of Yours in March 2007, i have paid a premium of Rs.20000/- at that point of time. My money was invested in two Funds namely Accelerator Mid Cap Fund and Equity Index Fund II and i have allocated 789.2988 units and 780.3516 units of both the fund respectively. While allocating the funds you have deducted Rs. 500/- from both the Funds i.e Rs.1000/- has been deducted from total premium amount and you have allocated units for the value of Rs.19000/-. Today when i saw my account statement i found that you have further deducted certain charges through out the year and total units that is available as on 08/02/2008 was 720.146 and 715.3981 of Accelerator Mid Cap Fund and Equity Index Fund II respectively. If i consider the intial NAV as on 08/03/2007 i.e 12.036 and 12.174 i have suffered a loss of Rs.832.032 and 790.74 on both the funds respectively, and if i consider the NAV as on 08/02/2008 i have suffered a loss of 1093.16 and 1078.09 respectively.

Do LIC also deduct such charges every month from the premium paid by the insurer.


Their agent did not tell me anything about such expenses at the time of making policy.When i contacted customer care today their representative told me that everything was written in the Policy Bond, so that means we have already informed you.

Could you please tell me sincerly, have u ever read the terms and conditions written in the agreement when you are investing in Shares, Mutual Funds, LICs etc

I am a civilian of Kolkata.I had recieved a call from your (Allianz Bajaj Life Insurance executive) named Dibyendu from kolkata.He approached me for a policy and when i refused to take any policy he simply used filthy slangs on me.
Following are the numbers from where i received all the slang calls are:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].I am giving this feedback as i want disciplinary actions to be taken against him.These people wil screw the name of your organisation hopefully very shortly,with this type of attitude towards work.
I look forward for a reply with spreed of action.Else i have to go to the consumer court and if required i have to lodge this case of yours to every buisness feedback websites about your employees filthy behaviour to highlight your organisation with what type of people you all are hiring and hopefully i have to take all possible legal actions against this filthy incident.

Before I share my experience with these two organization I would like to mentioned the representatives with whom I tried to solve the problem ( with proof )
1. Mr. Shanmugam ( Bajaj Allianz [protected] )

3. Mr. Rudresh (Bajaj Allianz[protected]
4. Mr. Jayaprakash Shukla (Bajaj Allianz 22075311 , [protected] )
5. Mr. Ramesh ( Bajaj Allianze [protected] )
6. Mr. Lohith T (Baja Capital [protected] )
Me holding the Policy ( OG[protected]-[protected] which I did the renewal at Bajaj Capital at Raheja Arcade, Koramangala. For that I maid the payment by cash .
Now from 05-june-2007 I am trying to get the claim amount for the same policy. The reason what the Bajaj Alliance is saying ( Over Phone ) the cheque given by Bajaj Capital is returned.
Mentioning all these I have send the Registered letter to Mr. Shanmugam, Mr. Anand, Mr. Rudresh and Mr. Lohith. So far there is no written reply for the same. The last person I spoke is Mr. Ramesh and I have mentioned him I have to put all these in the news paper since no action by any one so far. As he requested I waited one more day for the call from Mr. Jayaprkash.
Now I need help from publics or any good advocate. The same time I want to make all the publics to aware the services given by these two. I request you to please send this letter to all your email friends.
Any other insurance company can also share my experience with bajaj Alliance when they approach new customers. I have the proof for the letter which I have send to the representatives.

i posted the complaint 11 days before and still not yet solved. But one thing i came to know from them is for bajaj allianz due to some technical error my policy is not existing but the same time they or not giving me a answer for my question That is : Can i use the bike or not

Myself is Rishi Raj from Nangloi Delhi. I have bought Bajaj Platina from Gautam Auto Tilak Nagar on 16th of March 2008 with the registration no. DL-4SBC-5534 BY MAKING CASH PAYMENT.I am satisfied with the performance of vehicle.But the matter of concern is that the staff of Gautam Auto has made mistake in my registration paper like RC and Insurance, he has registerd all those things Rishi taj and Rishi Rai but my name is RISHI RAJ.I have made several requests to Mr. Lashkar who is the person dealing to me but he is not ready to correct his mistake.

Now you tell me how do I show my paper if somebody ask me to show as all papers have different names.
My request is to u that please look into matter as it is already six months as purchased has been made and it gives bad impression of your company.

Dear All,
I have worst experience with Bajaj Allianz, I had enrolled for policy ( Policy no. [protected]) 3 months back, but still I did not get any policy document but they are deducting premium every month from my account through ECS. Bajaj Allianz sucks. If I call there toll free number they don't respond properly.I am really fedup with the service of the Bajaj Allianz .
I advise all the new people who want to enroll with Bajaj allianz not to go for it. If they there is so much delay in issuing policy imagine what will happen when you apply for the claim. Insurance is not only the investment, it is protection that you give to yourself and your family from unfortunate situations. Don't make your family suffer later because of poor service and negligence of the Bajaj Allianz.
I have heard lot of such incidents from customers of Bajaj Allianz and lot of people are unhappy.

Myself Awanindra Kumar Sinha has purchased a unit gain policy of bajajallianz life insurance company as I purchased it under system of 10000=00 premium and to pay min 3 years and lockin period is also of 3 years. But due to some reasons it was not made possible for me to pay my premium for my policy. So as I want to get refund my first premium of Rs.10000=00 as I paid it by cheque which was cleared. I purchased the policy on 28/11/2004 & my policy number is ( [protected] ).
Sir I want the answer as earlier as possible that when should I get my money back, because many times I visit your office at Ranchi (JHARKHAND) as I purchased this policy from here only but your representatives are not taking any interest in my policy and they directly said that the money will not get refund. That's why at last time Iam practicing to get my money easily. It doesn't matter that what amount should I recieve from your side .
If you took more days for giving me your answer then I have take legal action that I will register a case in consumer court.

HI,

I have Purchaged a ULIP worth 10000/ annum for 5 years.
Today I check the Fund value and account statement, I saw Only 1700/- is there and rest amount the the Company/Agnet has eaten. this is realy a bad experience with Bajaj. I am sure why there are 3-4 charges every month.

Any one Please suggest should i continue this / drop this.

Actually I forget my userId and password please send me they send me but it was not working I told from Last 20 days I regulary mail to him that I plz send me my user-ID and password but no response nobody to call me I have three policy nobody try to take pain

Second thing is that I told to him I didn't received any recepit of my premium he said that ur pin no is wrong that's why we sent any document

Now tell me I don't have user ID they cann't give any document due to pin address Toll free No is to much busy
