This is one of the Customer of Bajaj Electricals, I buyed a stupid Cooler, that was worth NOTHING, just after 2 season use, i.e. 1 year use of the cooler, the motor got faulty, I do not understand to why, they make such a bad product when its not good for its customer.
On top of that, i called Bajaj Customer Care, and got a Ticket no. and was told to get a service in 24 Hrs, such a crap, I had to call them 3 time and third time on day 10th, this is such a SHAME on Bajaj, I would question to the CEO, Directors and the Management to why you guys CANNOT have a good and healthy relation with your customer, Well I have a son who is 4 months old and really wanted to have him a good sound sleep, but I hate to say that OUR COMPANIES SUCK and thus forigne companies take the market. i feel pitty on Bajaj for the service that i got. I had few products of Bajaj and thought will be worth buying our own nations some 72 years OLD GARBAGE, but I am wrong. Feel bad that I have to get some forigne brand who will LEAST last some more time and will get a good service.
