defective microwave 2100 ETC- worst customer service by bajaj electricals-
Our Bajaj 2100 ETC, which is not even a year old not functioning sinci August 2010.I have lodged a complaint and reminders for no positive response with Bajaj Electricals (Complaint nos. 433651 dt. 09/10/2010, 449552 dt. 06/11/2010 and lastly 462317 dt. 27/11/2010).
2 -3 times a representative from Bajaj visited us and informed us, that the fan is not suitable for the product and needs to be replaced...which after repeated followups and false assurances, was done on Nov.18th.The representative falsely assured us that the product is O.K.however, the problem dint stop
Till date, I have been following up with the Bajaj Electricals Customer care center (Mr.Naval) and R K service center daily but the ETC 2100 oven has not been repaired or replaced.
With such disgusting services.. I wud like to warn all the customers, that buying a Bajaj appliance is going to be the beginning of a Mental agony for them. "PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY BAJAJ PRODUCTS" or be ready for harassment by the company by not providing the post service.
I want to mention that this product was sold to me by bajaj representative Mr. Zaki who visited personally at my home and insisted upon me to purchase the product. Pl. beware of bajaj representatives visiting your societies for selling their products.
