[Resolved] Bajaj / Food Processor Platina — Pathetic service | |||
Hi, I bought Bajaj Food Processor Platina last year in July 2010. Service guarantee for replacement of parts is 2 years. I logged a complain on 24-July-2011 that motor is rasing too much noise. Other then this, bowl and knob has cracked and due to which its leaking. I have been told that i will get the serive with in 72 hours. But service person had come after 5 days on 29-July and did motor adjustment. For bowl and knob change, he told me that he is raising purchase indent and material will come on monday 1-Aug-2011. As of now, i did not receive the parts even though with continuous follow up. Every time I have been told that indent is in process and you will get soon. I need to raise this concern in consumer cell, if the service provider will provide such a pathetic service there must be some action against them. Kindly raise this concern to bajaj home appliances for the service provide named SUDHARSHAN ENTERPRISES.
