[Resolved] Bajaj Induction Cooker — bad service | |||
I have a bajaj induction cooker which I purchased in October 2012. Since a week it is not heating properly and since then I have been trying the customer toll free number but there is no response there. I tried calling some service shops but they told me to contact the toll free number. Some said that because my machine is still in warranty they will not repair. It has been over a week now and I have not been able to get it fixed. My cooking gas consumption has increased substantially because of that. I am highly dissappointed with the service of such a renowned company. When I was buying the appliance I chose bajaj over several others because I thought it is one of the leading brands and I would get prompt service as and when required.
