To, The Consumer forum Sub: customer grievance Sir, With a great respect, I beg to say that I have taken single premium policy for my sister (Rita Devi) three years back on 12th dec.2007. Policy no.-[protected] & [protected] from Bajaj Allianz insurance com. That policy I have taken through their agent (Ram nath mourya, mob-[protected]) &manager(Mr. subhash,mob-[protected]).they have physically visited my sister’s home in the presence of me and filled the proposal form ensuring that single premium policy is being given.[I have also an evidence in support of this assurance as mobile voice recording . But they have given regular premium policy that matter was discovered when after three year completed I approached the office with my Sister’s husband ( JIJA G ) and asked my matured amount. I have been denied of any amount due to foreclosed policy. I have complained branch manager about miss selling with proof bur they are not co-operating me. I am helpless and not getting to do anything. please direct me. It is the matter of customer grievance.I have mailed head office yesterday and today but no response yet.
