Dear Sir, I have installed your product(Chemnei) Model - ARC,(Customer Code-BTG/03155) on 16 Dec 2009 vide invoice no-56394 (Machine No[protected] But till now Nobody has visited for servicing.On 07.04.10 I have lodge a complain at your servicing centre for servicing (Docket No-SR/137/0410 dated 07.04.10).Again I made contact with servicing centre they replied by monday our team will visit after telephonic contact,but till today nobody has contacted nor came for servicing.Pl look into the matter and do the needfull. while Sale/delivery of product your representative give big promises about servicing which is very much important for a equipment for smooth running, but when the sale closed they forget everything including your servicing centre.
