[Resolved]  Bangalore Online Florists — No delivery on the due date

I had ordered flowers from this portal to be sent to my husbands office on his birthday ! Since I live in a different city I had to use the online portal. Though I had placed the order quite a few days in advance, the flowers were not delivered on that day. In the evening when I called them up they made some silly excuse about a lot of traffic on the road ! They said they could deliver the next day but by that time I was really angry. They spoilt the nice Birthday surprise I had planned for my husband ! There is no point in delivering the flowers the next day ! The Birthday itself is precious...the next day has no meaning...I demanded my money back...however I cannot forgive them for ruining my surprise gift ! DO NOT use this service for sending flowers to anyone in Bangalore ...they are not worth the effort !
