The most pathetic customer experience
My following email explains the experince and torture of being a Barclays Credit Card Customer
Thank you for being of enough pain for being a Barclay Customer and continue to do so even after offering to discontinue services after paying what was due.
I would again be taking time out to describe my problem:

(dropped at Dayal Opticals, Lajpat Nagar) 500.00 61.80 360.44 44.55 This cheque was never received by the bank. Till here however I had agreed and paid the above extra charges.
24-Jul 23262.33 immediate 30-Jul 21240 500.00 61.80 440.43 54.44 Paid to DSA but still bank did not receive it for more than 2 weeks. And as usual fraud DSA who give all sorts of fraud numbers and addresses. NUMBER NEVER PICKED OR RECIEVED
also attached is an email (email content as below) which waives my charges of 360.44 & 500 from June 08 statement which never reflected. NO INTER DEPARTMENT COORDINATION
after this I broke card and sent it back and received a letter dates 13th September asking for a due of 1056.67
24-Sep 3456.5 immediate What for??
I have attached all the communication received and sent to Barclays so far and propose that there are no dues which I have to pay. All that is shown due are late fees & interest charges which I’am not liable to pay. Had it been my fault would have paid these small amounts and have enough capacity and intend to do so.
Its been a pathetic experience with Barclays and highly de-recommend the services, infact given an opportunity would never even want Barclays as my client for being so disorganized, dishonest and non customer oriented approach. The most disgusting, ill trained & abusive customer service team have ever come across.
The latest one is some Manoj Kumar calling from +951246709300.

I Would like to say that this is mukesh from Gurgaon. There are some Problems getting every time from ur Customer Care-
1. i always pay bill on ever 2nd of the Month while my bill become Rs 8466. bt have got Bill from ur Customer Care of Rs-8706. Due to ur Customer Care.
2. ur Coustomer Care Services is too Poor. never take Response of anything. always gives us Excuse and at last time they give bill with late fine.
3. after Discussion with ur Customer Care they told me pls pay Rs 8466 Which is my Actual Bill. Now Aging i m getting bill adding late fine & Balance amount of 8706.
4. Why m i getting suach a problems from ur Customer Care. They never give all information in one time.
5. I have got bill on Mail of Rs. 4850(Approx) bt when i add bill list which is collect from ur side which is more than 200 from actual bill.
6.this is so redicilous. every time i m cefing the same problems. if u r not able to rectify to above mentions Problems then in such a condition i m not able to pay bill.
pls Improve ur Customer Care Services...!!! As soon as Possible.

I received my last credit card statement but there you were not specifiy the due date on my bill. because of this i pay my bill one day late of my due date. and you charge too much charges on my this bill statement. so i kindly request you to please cut off all the charges. Dear Sir, I have received a latter with ref. NO. WBPC5853 Dated 26 Dec, 2008. for Barclay Card Priority circle, which i was billed Rs. 6000 + taxes comes to Rs 6741.60. But i am not interested to make use of this package because i am very busy through out the year. and also my family members are not willing to go on a holiday tour. Therefore i request you to please cancel the membership fee.

I Suresh kumar Garg wanted to tell you that my credit card no:4339481198621381 was misused of amount Rs945 twice. Then i talk to yours customercare about this they said not to pay dispute payment. After few days on disputed payment interest was charged then also i paid all the payment of dispute and interest both. And sent the dispute form at nariman point in mumbai.Now disputed payment is temporary credit on my card but not the interest one of Rs 1190. so kindly see this matter and credit this interested payment also.

this is to inform you that we have received our bank statement no.4339515756157047 on 4 march 2009 and the payment which was due on 4th itself, and statement period goes as jan 12 to feb 12 2009 and the cheque no.through which i made payment is 258341and from PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK on 6 march 2009.
we received the letter late and from BSA DO897367
now i would like to know that how to make payment of my dues.
and i would like that you should cancel my card as soon as possible and plz inform me how to pay my dues and inform me either by the way of a message on my cell phone or call at my number.

but thats payment not update in u r sysyem always increase ur payment almost one thousand and not ur any proper collection center those ur customer care given the the address of dadar east Meeting Point Address is not collect the cash & ur Borivali (west) Atul Supariwala is also not collect the cash, so i got the problem of to pay ur payment i am always told in ur customer care center for ful & final settelment
but i not got any response on ur bank so give me perfect amount of ful & final settel ment with ur letter

While promoting your priority card(times card), on phone your representative told that this card carries the benifit of 30% discount on purchases through out the life time + some other freebees. At that time itself I told him that I want all this in writing. He told, on receipt of the documents and if you are satishfied with the offer, then only you make payment otherwise there is no compulsion. After receipt of card and other gift and vouchers, I found that there is no mention about the 30% discount. But the bill for the upgradation is sent followed by SMSs. When I contacted on customer care, it is informed that there is no such offer and complaint is forwrded but I have to make payment. I also wrote you letter regarding this but there is no action. I want to bring to your notice that the commitment of 30% discount is not fulfilled while sending the card hence I will be returning this card alongwith old card without making any payment. Let me know your postal address where I can send this alonwith gift.
