Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Hush puppies along with three other pair of shoes from your Bata Store at Abids Hyderbad on 4th March 2009.
The gum from the sole especially from the heel got open within a span of three months i.e in June. As I was travelling I gave it to repair in the store at Habsiguda mid July who have patghetically stiched from the heel side. This is to inform you that it has again come off and now I am wearing my old shoes. I would request you to guide me to get the product replaced at the earliest.

Further the bills nowadays are thrmax print so they are automatically not available after few days.

nb:I called up to speak to Mr Tejendra Bagga who was n leave but had spoken to Mr Manoj Chandra on the same.

Dear Sir,
Sorry for the delay in reverting as I was travelling.The relevent queries are answered below :

1. Full address of the store from where the purchase was made.
HYD ABID ROAD

2. Date when you last visited the store.

Never after that as it is quite a long distance. Just spoke to Mr. Irfan few days back after your mail .

3. The Article Number (a seven digit numeric product code written inside the shoes).

This is the most confused part I am seeing now.
outside the box – KE[protected]
INSIDE THE SHOE –[protected]there is no other seven digit code written in the shoe side )
I spoke to the store Manager Mr Irfan over the phone and he also told me to see for the number inside.

these are the only two numbers available.
4. Cash memo number indicating the Date of purchase or please let us know if the payment was made from credit card- statement for the same as a proof of date of purchase).
The payment was made in cash with 1 Hush puppies and 03 other article[protected] series) with a total bill of Rs.6296.00 dated March 4th 2009. evening at around 5.30 - 6pm. There is almost non existence of the actual side of the cash memo as all ink has evaporated.
5 Please also mention if the shoe has been shown at any Bata store – if so please provide details of date of visit and store name.
The shoe was taken to the Newly Built Bata Store at Habsiguda ( Tarnaka ... Uppal road , no mention in website) on July 19th 2008. The receipt has a different store name , Lakdi Ka Pool , Hyderabad. I was charged Rs 40.00/- for stiching which has actually spoiled the shoe more now.

Gentlemen, you can understand the ordeal I am going through this process of a single transaction I made. I only request you to advise your good office for furgther and early response in this matter as it will become v ery difficult to purchase another Hush Puppies within a span of five months.

Defective men sandals

Bought 3.5k sandals in jan16 after using 2/3 times one of the straps opened it was brought to the notice of Bata store they said it can happen & we 'll repair, again after 2/3 use the same strap opened it appears to be manufacturing defect it should be replaced R P Ahluwalia
