Bata India Limited — different color shoes

i purchased a power shoe article no 8338094 at a bata shoe store at Ernakulam, on reduction sale. After few days, when i wanted to wear it, i was noticed that it is not a pair at all. Both are same model but slightly different colours. when i went to a near by Bata store, i did not get replacement but advised to register on line complaint. I feel cheated.
