Bata — the proper and best solution

Dear Sir,
I am one of your customer name .Rahul Chowdhury. On date of
20/5/12 I purchased a pair shoe from your Garia BATA showroom
(Kolkata)by the amount of 1299/- ,my bill no. is 20-05-12/1/0010
00073.
Unfortunately, at last month I saw that left feet shoe is
crack from top of the sole .But that time I was out of this city .I
came on last Saturday, when today I come to your Garia showroom, one
of your employee say that “this shoes are out of guarantee".
Is it possible that one person can use 1000 rupees shoes for three
months? You are largest shoes seller in INDIA, people can’t expect
that type of support .PLZ give me the proper and best solution for me.
