[Resolved]  BCCL — Poor service

Myself along with my family took Happa express (Ernakulam- Okha-6338) on 04th of November from Ernakulam Junction. (PNR no. [protected]- 6 tickets). The train left the station ontime at 07.50 pm. The night left smoothly. Next day during tunnel travel our boggie- S[protected] first experienced slow speed fans and dim lights. Immediately after the train left Madgaon station around 11.00 am the light went off. Inside the tunnel without light and fans it was horrible. We used the torch available with us for basic needs...etc.We made a complaint to the TTE available in the train and some how we have arranged the control room number. By the time the train left Ratnagiri station and we got the assurance from the control room it will be okayed either in Chiplun or Panvel. But since there was no stoppage at Chiplun the darkness continued till Panvel. Once it reaches Panvel two attendants attended the complaints and it was rectified. Immediately after the train left Panvel the light again gone. Even though our booking was for Okha we got down at Vasai Road. We took a cab next day to reach the destination.

Secondly washbasin pipe out side front toilet(left) directly opened to toilet floor. Please give some value to the passengers and compensate for the loss.

BCCL — amount taken, nothing delivered

I had placed an order in early October and had made payment through credit card for music CD pack. I was supposed to get an Adidas shoe, three-day tour package and other benefits along with it. But, I have not yet received anything.
Response head Mr Sawhney had confirmed my order on October 20 though mail and had claimed that it would be delivered within two weeks. One Mr Rakesh had even asked for my shoe size over phone.
What is happening in such a reputed house? If such is the sory state of affairs there, one is unlikely to encourage others and himself to place orders.

BCCL — TATA SKY SERVICES

Sir, i am working with TIMES OF INDIA, had complaint on 25th june at 9:00AM in TATA SKY that my SET TOP BOX is not powering on, i received SMS as well as call that complaint would be resolved within 36 hours and 25th june engineer visit was sheduled to 13:50 but no engineer visit was done also no call was given to me till 27th june. I personally keep on touch by phone to customer care center, yesterday i had spoken to their SUPIRIORS named Ms. GEETA, Mr. ALI, Mr.SHARIF, Mr. SHEETU and TEAM LEADER Mr. RAJSHESKAR. It was commited that before lunch on 27th call will be resolved then 4:00PM and after that 6:00 PM then Mr. SHARIF said due to heavy rain call could not be resolved finally 2 persons came yesterday at 8:15 PM send by Mr. AMIT KUMAR said there was no rain but it was on sunday and also they don't have SET TOP BOX ,again wrong commitment, then TEAM LEADER assured that today before lunch it would be done.
Today 28th june i called up again in TATA SKY now they are saying it will be done on 29th June
Sir so many fake commitments was done from TATA SKY and today is 4th day still thay have not resolved the issue, however it should be completed within 36 hours and now already 75 hours are passed and they need another 24 hours to resolve the issue.
I had sent 5-6 mails to [protected]@tatasky.com also raised querry(complaints) after login my tata sky account but they are just removing all my complaints without resolving them
My requstes are which i lodged in TATA SKY are reference numbers are SR[protected],SR[protected], SR[protected],SR[protected]

My humble request is kindly take appropriate action against the TATA SKY.
