Beekeyen Freight Services Pvt Ltd — courier not yet delivered (as at 3 pm 17.7.09)

Our office is about 5 minutes drive from Sahar Airport. On 16th July, a cover was booked for us by our Delhi office - your way bill # [protected] dated 16.07.09. This cover is not delivered to us till this time - 3.45 pm on 17.7.09. On enquiry with your customer care, we understand that the flight has been cancelled and hence the cover will be delayed.

The very purpose of booking covers via Blue Dart at a high premium is thus defeated. If this is your service level, you can not differentiate yourself from other normal courier companies. You are one among the normal couriers who charge nominally and deliver covers on the 2nd/3rd day.

Our reliability on Blue Dart is lost !
