[Resolved] Beetel Mobile — GD777 | |||
I have bought a beetel gd777 mobile from homeshop 18 on 20.04.2012.I was facing problem of microphone and hangging. That why i have submitted the phone to customer care at CHANDIGARH on 15 July 2012.They had returned my handset on 19 July without repair. They told me we have updated the software but in actual he returned my handset after "restore factory setting done".Because all the data were present in the handset. Then, again i have submitted the mobile to the care center. After thay, they had returned my mobile. They told me, we have changed microphone and updated the software. Again, i have checked there were all the data present. Still i was facing problem. Then, again i have submitted the phone on 24 July 2012 with CALL ID: CHD-BM[protected]DW. They, told me we will replace motherboard. They, told you have to wait for one month. I contacted the customer care executive(Ms Nisha) over the phone. She gave me number of his senior Mr Raj Ki shore([protected]).He told me you will get your mobile within a week.He also gave me a number of his senior Mr. Raj([protected]).He is located in delhi. Now, he is not picking my phone. Today is 25th September but still i haven't get my mobile back.Now I feel very bad due to Purchase this Mobile handset. First Time I purchased Beetel Mobile and my entire money had gone I think. I cant understand this kind of Company Beetel. So kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.
