I need to add one more to this. There are 2 more AC buses route no: 512 & 51 both are not covering the MBP (Millanium Bussiness Park, Mahape) stop even though they are just bypassing it from Mahape Naka.
If these buses can visit MBP then BEST can get more passengers from this area.

I believe AS 525 should be extended to Nerul via Vashi Depot and Vashi Sec 14... Also, AS 551 should be routed via Vashi Depot and Vashi Sec 14... right now, If a person from Vashi Depot or Vashi Sec 14 wants to go towards Powai / Dindoshi / Goregaon by an AC bus then he has to take AS 512 till Mulund and then he has to changeover... As the frequency of AS 512 is pathetic ppl have to rely on NMMT 123.. I hope BEST authorities will take this issue seriously and will look into this matter as soon as possible.

I am a regular passenger of BEST 525. Now a days the BEST 525 is not at all regular at evening time. The bus which earlier used to reach SEEPZ from dindoshi at 7.30 pm now doesnt come. Moreover the 525 AC buses frequency is not good during peak evening hours which keeps the passengers waiting for long time. I hope the BEST authorities will take a look at this issue and resolve it positively.
The attitude of BEST Conductors are such bad that the way they behave with the passangers as if they are the owners of all BEST buses. They are very rude and arrogant.The BEST authorities should keep track on them and teach them how to behave with the passangers and then also if they are not changing their attitude the authority should punish them accordingly.

I request you to take AS-551 bus route from vashi to midc andheri by highway like AS-525.There are many bus services available on LBS route...but only one bus AS-525 which runs from highway saving a lot of time for the commuters travelling from vashi to seepz.
Please look into this matter.

I agree with ppednekar19. The bus AS-551 spends a lot of time on the LBS marg because of the traffic jams on the road. That is why, it always takes more than 2hrs for me to reach Marol from Koparkhairane. If the bus is redirected via eastern expressway, then a lot of time can be saved.

Sub: Misbehavior done by NNMT Driver.
We were traveling with our child from Airoli to Mulund via NNMT bus on 30/07/2011 at around 1.30 p.m. when the bus driver whose batch no was 22416 did not stop the bus at L.T. road bus-stop in between Hanuman chowk & Mulund station, even on requesting him.
Please teach the drivers to talk properly & also keep them updated on the bus-stops put up by their organization.

I think we should boycott the BEST Corporation. Their management is useless, rude behavior of drivers as well as conductors, extreme fares (They are looting the public with such a high increase in fares compared to other similar services). And what do we get after spending excessive fares, the AC is leaking, no covering of critical stops, buses have frequent breakdowns, no improvement in services. Compare to this, NMMT charges very fairly and the VOLVO buses takes you places faster then BEST. Moreover they cover almost all stops.They are not customer focused.
The rickshaw union and BEST union always have false demands, they think the inflation is only affecting them and not us. They need to understand that a normal layman's pay packet doesn't increases with this inflation then how these group of people ask for huge demands in fare increase??

This 123 ac bus at nahur station stop never stop, between 6 to 7 pm hrs, so pls help to do so, the bus is really good and maintened well...

The NMMT did a very gud job the bus quality, frequancy, timing, are awsome and most important Bus Fair is vry competitve and lower than BEST AC bus.
my request to BEST is please do the job as ur name is "BEST". NOT "WORST".
