Hi,
I wanted to make complaint about a online website named bestylish.com.I have ordered a pair of shoe from this website on 11th october 2011.After i have received that order i found that the product is damaged and placed a return request for the product.Acoording to the bestylish.com my money would be return to me after 1o days once they receive the product.In the mean time i have changed my address and i have sent mail to the company and called to their customer care and informed them about my new address.
Till now i havent received my money yet whenever i call they tell me i will get a call back no one call me back and they are not returning my money. Was this information helpful? |
