i had ordered shoes from bestylish.com one year before . Order id was[protected]. Eventually found to be defective so i returned it, i got the around 1500 bucks as credit in my bestylish account but they said they cannot refund it in my bank account so waited a year to order something but i never found anything good.. But now i opened their site after so many months apparently there is no option to log in, but product of different sellers...

I had ordered 2 pair of shoes from bestylish.com but the size of one pair was bigger so I decided to return 1 of 2 shoe pair costing 1498 rupees I placed the return request on the site with the return request no. I have purchased a pair of shoe from Bestylish.com few days back. last week only i returned the shoes due to size issues. Bestylish confirmed that they have received my parcel in their repository and is going for a check. After this they returned me store credit points of Rs 1150 on my bestylish account which i can redeem only on bestylish.com site. I also have mail that i received from bestylish for this.

I Placed the order for Rs.1523.30. I received a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND AFTER REPEATED REQUESTS AND CALLS AND AFTER ABOUT 3 WEEKS, THE RETURN PICKUP WAS MADE. THE REP TOLD ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT. BUT TO MY SHOCK, I WAS GIVEN STORE CREDIT FOR ONLY Rs.1023.30? The discount code that I used for the same WAS NOT RECREDITED TO the SAME ORDER.

I have purchased a bestylish voucher of Rs.1000 from dealsandyou.com for Rs.99, order no. 130191.

I tried to use the same voucher on 31st Aug 2011 (last of the voucher validity) I got an error that the voucher is “INVALID”. I also notified the bestylish customer care about the issue but they said the voucher needs to be re-activated which it would take 24 hrs and by then it will be expired, so you cannot use the voucher...

i purchase a product from bestylish.com.that product is completely Defected and i inform so many times and mailed that .they always told send snap .after snap of product see they will do any thing for that one but i told many times i am sending production at your office location check and inform me but they are not ready . i need my money back because this company is purely fraud company....
