My Balance gets deducted because of bhakti tashan which i have not activated i have complaint about it two or three times on airtel customer care but no action has been taken.

There is some service called bhaktitashan activated in my mobile n i lose Rs.20 everytime.I havent activated it n couldnt deactivate it by following the instructions given (Eg. message "STOP" to 121 ,etc).Please help me n kindly deactivate the service. from last one month "bhaktitashan" (a text service) massage is come inmy mobile no. [protected] and deducted Rs. 20, Rs. 15, etc. but i ma not activated the service . i tell you in airtell customer care to deactivate the service they deactiveate the service. but after two again service start from your end and deducte the amount in myairtel balance. before 10 days ago i am complaining again about this matter in customer care they again deactivate the service and return the balance amount in my account and told me that they deactivate the service and it is not start in future in your number. but yestarday again massage come and automatic service start and deducte the amount from my airtel balance. again today i am calling they again deactivate the service but not return the balance in my account.
it is totally fraud from airtel i think.
please look into the matter and dont start the service in future in my mobile.
look into the matter carefully and solve the problem immediately without fail and return the amount which you cut from my account yesterday.

please deativated bhaktitashan" (a text service). i have received only one weekly massage for deduct Rs.20/-.

i have been chargrd regularly with this bhaktitashan service daily. as soon as i recharge my cell the money gets deducted. i havent activated this service thn howcome it has got activated on my cell...plz unsubscribe it from my cell as soon as possible. i complaint earlier also but no response has been provided tp me...

i am trying to deactivate this service(bhakti tashan) from last 2 months.. but not deactivated..
if this will happen again i have decided to complain against this service in consumer case..
so dont play with customer's money!!!
